Fall U8 Rec Academy Overview
The U8 Rec Academy is a development program geared towards the more committed player with the goal to transition to competitive soccer. This program is open only to U8 players (born in 2009) who have had experience playing recreational soccer and exhibit strong soccer skills and a passion for the game.
The U8 Rec Academy requires a greater commitment compared to the Recreational Program. Players will participate in the following:
Festivals
Come together with another club to play 2-3 games on Friday or Saturday.
In-House games
Regular games amongst the U8 Rec Academy teams.
Club Training
Group training led by BSC coaching staff and volunteer team coaches.
Coach Training
Training led by volunteer team coaches.
Fees
$150 - includes training, two jerseys, games and festivals
What to Bring
All players must have a size 3 soccer ball, shin guards, tennis shoes/soccer cleats and a water bottle.
